Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR who will manage labour workforce operations, including arranging labour, monitoring daily attendance, ensuring workforce allocation, handling grievances, and tracking overtime. This role requires active involvement on the production floor rather than a desk-only approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Labour Management:

   Ensure the availability of an adequate workforce to meet production demands by arranging and managing labour as needed.

• Attendance Monitoring:

   Maintain and verify daily attendance records of all workers. Ensure accurate tracking and report discrepancies.

• Labour Allocation:

   Ensure proper deployment of workers across departments to optimize efficiency.

• Grievance Handling:

   Address and resolve worker grievances promptly, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Overtime Calculation:

   Track and match overtime hours for accurate payroll processing.

• Compliance & Documentation:

   Ensure all labour compliance, documentation, and statutory requirements are met as per industry standards.

• On-Ground HR Operations:

   Be actively present on the shop floor to oversee and assist in labour-related activities, rather than just desk-based work.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

   4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or labour-intensive industry.

• Education:

   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
• Proficiency in attendance management and workforce planning

• Work Environment:

   This role requires an individual who is comfortable working at the production floor level, engaging with labourers directly, and ensuring smooth operations.
