As a Human Resources & Recruitment Trainee at our company in Calicut, Kerala, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in HR functions, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Your role involves assisting in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while supporting various HR operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Help identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking. - Support in organizing and scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. - Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. - Assist in preparing onboarding documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the company. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, workshops, and training sessions to foster a positive work culture. - Support in researching HR best practices, compensation trends, and industry benchmarks to provide recommendations to improve recruitment and HR strategies. - Help track employee performance metrics and assist in coordinating performance reviews or feedback sessions. - Ensure HR practices align with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Requirements: - Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment processes. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn. - Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus. - Familiarity with HR tools and software is advantageous. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations.
