This role is crucial for managing our workforce and talent acquisition strategy, with a specific focus on scaling our sales and customer support teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support our people operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Talent Acquisition:** Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, with a primary focus on hiring Real Estate Sales Executives and Call Center Executives. - **Recruitment Strategy:** Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in high-volume roles, managing job postings, screening, and interviewing. - **HR Management:** Administer HR policies and procedures, manage employee benefits, and oversee personnel records to ensure compliance. - **Employee Relations:** Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handle day-to-day HR activities, and foster a positive and productive work environment. - **Onboarding & Offboarding:** Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and handling all necessary documentation. **Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role. - Proven track record and expertise in high-volume recruitment, specifically for roles such as Call Center Executives and Real Estate Sales Executives. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and personnel management. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to solve problems and handle conflict with professionalism. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
