As a Human Resources Specialist with 2-4 years of experience, you will be based in Bengaluru working full-time on-site. Your role is crucial in managing the workforce and talent acquisition strategy, particularly in scaling the sales and customer support teams. You are expected to be a hands-on professional who can handle the full recruitment lifecycle and support people operations effectively. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, with a primary emphasis on hiring Real Estate Sales Executives and Call Center Executives. You will develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent for high-volume roles, manage job postings, screening, and interviewing processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel records to ensure compliance, handling employee inquiries, day-to-day HR activities, and fostering a positive work environment. You will also manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and handling all necessary documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role, a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, specifically for roles like Call Center Executives and Real Estate Sales Executives.
