Position open: Human Resources (Administration, Recruitment & Compliances) Objective  To build a high performing team  To ensure compliances  To implement processes Tasks  Carry out HR activities  Carry out recruitment functions  Manage facilities  Carry out administration activities  Ensure statutory compliances (Labour and other compliances)  MIS reporting  Any other tasks as required from time to time  Background  2years + work experience in HR & Administration is preferred  Good Communication skills (English)  Knowledge of Compliances such as Factories Act, Labour etc. is helpful but not essential  Must have knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)  Must be Persistent  Must be Organized  Must be Energetic Lots of energy required.  Can work independently to gather knowledge from various sources  Can collaborate well across departments  Completes all jobs in a timely manner Company Location  The company is located in Manesar near Gurgaon.  It is set up as a high quality, international standard skill development center specializing in technical skills with support from German Chamber of Skilled Crafts, Koblenz, Germany.
