Human Resources Recruiter

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback, and make recommendations to hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN HR OR RELATED FILED. PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFULLY SOURCING AND HIRING CANDIDATES FOR A VARIETY OF ROLES. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. PREFREED QUALIFICATIONS: STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF STARTEGIES AND TALENT ACQUISITION PRACTICES. SHOULD BE ABLE TO ACHIVE TARGETS AND CLOSE THE OPEN POSITIONS. ADDITIONAL NOTE: THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE SENIOR HR AND IS CRITICALLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUCCESS OF THE COMPANY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
