Human Resources Recruiter

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, starting from talent sourcing to coordinating interview schedules. By collaborating with department managers, you will anticipate future hiring requirements and proactively address them. Utilizing a variety of recruitment sources such as social media networks and employee referrals will be a crucial part of your role. Your duties will extend to performing essential administrative tasks within the HR department, including maintaining applicant records in the computer database, organizing file maintenance, and handling mail sorting. Additionally, you will provide support in maintaining uniform inventory and its distribution to employees. In terms of recruitment support, you will be involved in activities like job posting, coordinating candidate interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process by scheduling and conducting employee orientations. Answering phones and other clerical tasks may also be required to support the smooth functioning of the HR operations. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, showcasing your detail-oriented and organized nature. Strong communication and customer service skills will be essential for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software is necessary, along with prior experience in recruitment marketing and using social media platforms for hiring purposes. Familiarity with applicant tracking database systems will be an added advantage in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
