Job Description

The HR Operations Coordinator will report to the HIH HR Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting various HR operations processes for Evernorth Hyderabad Innovation Hub ensuring that data quality and metrics are key deliverable for all transactions with timely delivery. Coordinate/work closely with various stake holders and cross functional HR teams in to provide a seamless Employees experience.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end HR Operations process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. This role involves handling various HR operations processes Hire to Retire, HR systems administration and compliance with local labour laws & regulations in India.
Data Management:
Employee Data Management: Ensure and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, employment history, and personal data.
Workday Data Management: Administer and maintain Workday for data entry, reporting and systems integration.
Processing employee data transactions in Workday (Onboarding, HCM, Absence, & Time)
Performing ongoing validation, reconciliation and audit of employee data and data management processes, implementing data governance framework
Responsible for day-to-day administration of all data changes or correction requests
Maintain high level of accuracy on all transactions/reporting/analysis
Create and append process SOP s
Work as SME and mentor other team members on the processes
Consulting with technology team on system integration issues and resolution
Proactively identify data gaps and help solution, mitigate risks, and highlight areas of opportunity to streamline and automate
Support UAT testing for systems and reporting enhancement process and system upgrades
Monitor and maintain the process SLA s and metrics
Responsible for the maintenance and updates to organization structures, data changes and corrections
Education:
Bachelor s degree in the Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in end-to-end activities for data management in HR Organization.
Skills:
Solid understanding of employee life cycle hire to retire specifically supporting the Indian market & working experience in processing various HR related transactions in HR Systems.
Strong working knowledge of Workday
Attention to detail, accuracy handling HR tasks, demonstrates sense of urgency and can prioritize task to meet deadlines
Experienced in working with cross country and cross functional teams
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Other Requirements:

Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent process management skills
