Human Resources & Operations Executive

About the Role:

proactive and organized HR & Operations Executive

detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Coordinate induction programs and employee engagement activities.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain employee records and handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee database systems.

Payroll & Compensation

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle salary structure, tax deductions, reimbursements, and related queries.
• Liaise with finance for payroll and compliance reports.

Office Administration & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day office operations for smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilities, and service providers.
• Support management in organizing meetings, events, and other operational activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR and office administration (

  startup/SME experience preferred

  ).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
