Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Chennai. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities include creating HR strategies, implementing policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The individual will also support employee development programs, handle HR documentation, and assist in resolving employee grievances.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Communication
  • Strong abilities in Policy Implementation, Compliance, and Payroll management
  • Knowledge of Employee Training, Development, and Performance Management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and initiatives effectively
  • Familiarity with labor laws and human resource management software
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role is preferred
