Responsibilities Implement effective sourcing, screening, recruiting, and interviewing techniques Design compensation and benefits packages Implement performance review procedures Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Measure employee retention and turnover rates Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus
