- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, field, and support roles.
- Draft and post job descriptions, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction programs, and document verification.
- Prepare and process monthly salaries for all employees on time.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and incentive calculations.
- Handle reimbursement claims and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with Finance for accurate payroll disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labor laws.
- Handle monthly filings and liaison with government authorities when required.
- Maintain updated records for inspections and audits.
- Coordinate with site/project teams for tracking contract labour attendance and wages.
- Ensure vendors/contractors comply with statutory obligations.
- Address wage-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Coordinate annual performance review processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
- Support training & development initiatives.
- Assist in disciplinary processes where required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Commerce / Business Administration (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 8-10 years of HR experience, with exposure to payroll and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
