Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Siliguri. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies, ensure company policies are up to date, and provide guidance on HR matters to various department heads.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management and compliance
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Strong understanding of company policies and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
