End-to-end recruitment for technical, site, and project roles


Workforce planning, onboarding, and induction


Payroll processing, attendance & leave management


Compliance with labor laws, ESI/PF documentation, and contractor labor regulations


HRMS or ERP handling (if applicable)


Performance appraisal coordination & employee engagement activities


Resolving employee grievances at plant/site level


Supporting training and development programs for engineers, workers & staff


Managing subcontractor manpower documentation and site HR audits

🔹 Required Skills & Attributes:


Strong understanding of blue-collar and technical recruitment


Familiarity with labor law compliance, ESI/PF, and contractor management


Proficient in Excel, documentation, and HRMS tools


Good interpersonal and communication skills


Experience handling multi-location or site-based HR preferred


Hindi fluency mandatory; local/regional language is a plus
