Proven track record in achieving and exceeding business targets.
• Experience in the pumps or other mining equipment sector.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and channel sales management.
• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); fluency in a local language is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Business Management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; experience with CRM or ERP tools is a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively within India.
