Human Resources Manager

You will play a key role in leading and overseeing the human resources functions at Charuvi Design Labs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Talent Acquisition:** - Oversee end-to-end recruitment across creative, technical, and production roles. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines. - Build a strong talent pipeline through colleges, industry connections, and platforms. - **HR Operations:** - Manage HR policies, employee records, offer letters, contracts, and compliance. - Lead the onboarding and exit processes. - Handle employee queries and resolve concerns proactively. - **Performance Management & Training:** - Implement and monitor performance review systems (quarterly/annual). - Identify training needs and facilitate skill enhancement programs. - Support leadership development and succession planning. - **Employee Engagement & Culture:** - Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive studio culture. - Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and studio events. - Encourage open communication and creative freedom. - **Policy & Compliance:** - Ensure compliance with studio-specific policies. - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive information. - Update and implement HR handbooks and standard operating procedures. - Coordinate with Finance on salary disbursements and benefits management. - Oversee attendance, leave management, and statutory benefits (PF, ESI, etc.). **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a creative/media/film/entertainment environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven experience in handling diverse creative teams and freelance talent. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
