Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Animation Art Director to lead the visual development of high-quality animated content for OTT platforms and immersive museum experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in storytelling, visual design, and animation pipelines, and will be capable of translating conceptual narratives into emotionally resonant and visually compelling experiences. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field2–3 years of experience in animation production or visual direction, preferably in long-form or cultural storytelling formatsA strong portfolio showcasing visual development, narrative sensibility, and versatility in animation stylesFamiliarity with production pipelines for 2D and/or 3D animation (TV series, short films, museum AVs)Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or similarStrong visual communication and collaboration skills
