What You’ll Do

As a Senior Art Director, you will:

• Lead creative strategy and direction

  for client campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate closely with

  copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams

  to conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns.
• Translate brand and business objectives into

  visually powerful, idea-driven concepts

  .
• Mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors—ensuring

  high creative standards

  .
• Review and refine creative outputs before delivery, maintaining

  quality and consistency

  .
• Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of

  design, advertising, and digital trends

  to keep creative work fresh and relevant.

What We Want

We are looking for a leader who:

• Has

  6–8 years of experience

  in advertising/design (agency experience preferred).
• Demonstrates strong skills in

  conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development

  .
• Is proficient in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

  and up-to-date with emerging tools.
• Has a deep understanding of

  branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns

  .
• Possesses excellent

  leadership and team management abilities

  .
• Can think strategically, present persuasively, and deliver under deadlines.
• Embodies Tempest’s core values in day-to-day leadership.
