Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role includes organizing training and development programs, maintaining HR records, handling performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
