• Lead end-to-end hiring for all real estate positions — sales, field, and support roles.
• Aggressively source candidates through WorkIndia, Job Hai, and Naukri.com.
• Drive high-volume recruitment with speed, accuracy, and accountability.
• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain strict discipline, punctuality, and professionalism across the team.
• Keep all HR processes and records up to date — no delays, no lapses.
• Take charge of issues, make firm decisions, and support the management directly.

• Minimum 2 years of strong HR/Recruitment experience in the real estate sector.
• Excellent command of recruitment portals — WorkIndia, Job Hai, and Naukri.com.
• Confident, assertive, and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Must be organized, goal-oriented, and disciplined in work.
• Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
