Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR activities including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. This is an on-site role located in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
