Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, and other administrative tasks. They will support the HR team in organizing events, handling employee queries, assisting with performance management processes, and conducting research and data analysis related to HR functions.

• Support in Event Organization and Handling Employee Queries
• Research and Data Analysis related to HR functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus
