Job Title : Customer Support Executive – Email Process (NBFC) Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to handle email-based queries for our NBFC operations. The role involves resolving customer concerns related to loans, ensuring customer satisfactione, and contributing to customer retention. Basic Excel knowledge is required for maintaining and updating records. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information related to loan products and processes. Address and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
