Customer Support Executive – International Email Process

We are hiring experienced Customer Support professionals for our International Email Support process. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally through email.

Compensation

• ₹33,000 CTC per month

• Fixed package; incentives as per process policy (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in Customer Service (International process preferred)
• Strong

  written English communication

  with good grammar and clarity
• Ability to handle customer queries accurately through email
• Comfortable with

  rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

• Graduation is mandatory

• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through

  email-based communication

• Provide accurate, clear, and complete information to customers
• Maintain high quality standards including grammar, tone, accuracy, and response structure
• Follow process guidelines and meet productivity and quality targets
• Document interactions as per compliance and process requirements
• Maintain professionalism and customer-centric behavior in written communication
• Coordinate with internal teams when additional information is needed to resolve queries
