Role Description

This on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern is based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will assist in daily HR tasks including recruitment processes, new employee onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding and handling employee grievances
• Knowledge of AI tools for increased efficiency
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles/ Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred

Duration and Stipend

3 to 6 Months, INR 14,000 per month
