Company Description

TTFA Academy offers an expert-led Data Analyst course designed to transform individuals into job-ready data analysts with hands-on expertise. The curriculum is industry-aligned, focusing on core analytics skills such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, and Python. Our immersive, practice-driven learning experience is delivered through Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and Project Lead-Led Training (PLLT), ensuring students gain real-world project experience guided by industry professionals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including maintaining employee records, supporting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and helping with personnel management. The intern will also support HR management with various administrative tasks and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Experience in Personnel Management
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
