Internship Overview

We are looking for Human Resources Interns who are eager to gain practical exposure in HR management and recruitment. This role offers a chance to work closely with our team on impactful projects while developing essential professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms
• Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring smooth candidate communication
• Support onboarding and maintain HR documentation
• Contribute to HR policies, performance systems, and employee engagement activities
• Collaborate on training, development, and ongoing HR initiatives

Eligibility

• Available to start immediately and commit for 2–3 months
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields
