Responsibilities:

⁃ Assist with hiring needs and manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment and develop recruitment related Documents.

⁃ Coordinate with the candidates Proactively

⁃ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives And systems

⁃ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job Descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

⁃ Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

Skills Required:

-candidate should be willing to join immediately. -must have at least Bachelor's degree

⁃ Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to Deliver engaging

presentations.

⁃ Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay Focused and generate high

quality leads.

⁃ Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).

⁃ Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivated and Organized

⁃ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Excellent Organizational skills

⁃ Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
