Human Resources Intern

You will be joining TEMS Tech Solutions as an HR Intern, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop essential skills for a successful career in Human Resources. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Supporting onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and interns. - Maintaining HR records including attendance, leave documentation, and certifications. - Collaborating with the HR team to design and execute employee engagement activities. - Researching and drafting HR policies to align with company goals and compliance requirements. - Contributing to performance management and feedback processes. - Coordinating training and development programs for employees and interns. To be considered for this role, you should have: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
