As an HR Intern, you will provide critical administrative and project support to the HR department, gaining valuable exposure to core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards). Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Assist with exit interviews and paperwork for departing employees. HR Administration & Projects: Update and maintain HR databases and employee records with a focus on data integrity. Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events. Contribute to special HR projects, such as policy updates, training material development, or internal process improvement initiatives. Respond to basic employee inquiries and redirect complex issues to the appropriate HR team member. Compliance & Reporting: Help ensure all HR processes adhere to internal policies and external legal requirements. Assist in generating basic HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover) as requested. ✅ What You Bring Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor. Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. A high degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proactive work ethic and a willingness to take initiative and learn new processes quickly.
