Position: Human Resource Intern

Role Overview:

Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Create & post job ads across platforms
Review resumes & shortlist candidates
Schedule & coordinate interviews
Communicate with candidates (emails, updates, follow-ups)
Support on-boarding of new hires
Draft HR docs – Offer Letters, Certificates, LORs
Maintain employee records with accuracy

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s
degree in Human resource or related field
Must have a Laptop
Good knowledge of Google sheets/ excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
