Position: Human Resource Intern

Role Overview:

Human Resource Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create & post job ads across platforms
  • Review resumes & shortlist candidates
  • Schedule & coordinate interviews
  • Communicate with candidates (emails, updates, follow-ups)
  • Support on-boarding of new hires
  • Draft HR docs – Offer Letters, Certificates, LORs
  • Maintain employee records with accuracy


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s

    degree in Human resource or related field

  • Must have a Laptop
  • Good knowledge of Google sheets/ excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
