Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, participating in personnel management activities, and providing support in various HR management functions. Other tasks may include supporting recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, and helping with employee relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or coursework in Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
