Human Resources Intern

Internship Overview:

This is a full-time, 3-month internship opportunity for individuals passionate about Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will support core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and operations. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes, while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social platforms
• Screen and schedule candidates for roles across telesales, customer service, digital marketing, and operations
• Support day-to-day HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and employee records
• Assist in grievance handling, employee engagement activities, and performance tracking
• Participate in exit formalities and prepare related documentation
• Maintain trackers and contribute to HR reports.
