Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and coordinating training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
