Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including HR management, policy development, employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also support the HR team with administrative tasks, coordination of HR projects, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
