This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of Human Resources, including onboarding, document verification, performance management, and other core HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the joining process for new hires, including preparation and coordination of onboarding activities. Handle document verification to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support in managing the performance management process, including record-keeping and follow-ups. Participate in day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support as needed. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
