We strive to make complex financial concepts easy to understand for everyone.Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records.Coordinate with different teams to understand hiring needs.Assist in creating and updating HR policies and documents.Help organize employee engagement activities.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
