Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also support HR management activities and contribute to various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Proficiency in Personnel Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
