Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR functions including the development and administration of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, the intern will support HR management tasks and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Ability to manage Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is advantageous
