Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
Own end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, and support functions.
Drive bulk hiring for B2C sales roles with defined monthly targets.
Build strong campus partnerships to strengthen fresher hiring channels.
Explore alternate sourcing strategies (referrals, social platforms, talent communities).
Recruitment Operations:
Manage multiple interview panels and ensure structured assessments.
Track and report weekly hiring metrics (offer-to-join ratios, TAT, source effectiveness).
Partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower requirements.
Onboarding & Employer Branding:
Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners.
Support HR branding initiatives to attract top talent.
