Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Own end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Drive bulk hiring for B2C sales roles with defined monthly targets.
  • Build strong campus partnerships to strengthen fresher hiring channels.
  • Explore alternate sourcing strategies (referrals, social platforms, talent communities).
  • Recruitment Operations:

  • Manage multiple interview panels and ensure structured assessments.
  • Track and report weekly hiring metrics (offer-to-join ratios, TAT, source effectiveness).
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower requirements.
  • Onboarding & Employer Branding:

  • Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners.
  • Support HR branding initiatives to attract top talent.
