Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management tasks, drafting HR policies, and maintaining employee records. The role includes supporting personnel management initiatives, coordinating employee benefits, and contributing to recruitment and onboarding processes. The intern will also offer general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management fundamentals
• Experience or knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Familiarity with Personnel Management and related best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
• Currently pursuing or holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in working with non-profit organizations and commitment to their mission
