Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in developing and managing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management tasks, and assisting with HR management initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research, drafting documents, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management practices
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefit programs
• Skills in Personnel Management and administrative support
• Strong communication, organizational, and research skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
