Role Overview:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Support in developing communication content for internal campaigns (emails, newsletters, posters, etc.).
• Help maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards related to engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and feedback for designing effective engagement strategies.
• Provide support to the HR team in other employee-centric initiatives as required.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Recent MBA Graduate in Human Resources
• Strong interest in HR, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (knowledge of Canva or other design tools will be an advantage).
