Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, supporting the development of HR policies and procedures, assisting with employee benefits administration, and contributing to personnel management tasks. The intern will also help with the coordination of employee training programs and other HR-related activities.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with developing and implementing HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
