About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team onsite and support our recruitment and people operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in human resources while working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update HR documentation
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Collect feedback and contribute ideas to improve hiring workflows

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and email tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
