As a Human Resources Intern at FiveS Digital, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR policies and management tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with teams, assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining personnel records, and participating in HR-related projects. Additionally, you will be involved in employee engagement initiatives and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits - Coordinate with teams and support recruitment processes - Maintain personnel records and participate in HR-related projects - Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure smooth communication across departments Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management practices - Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration - Experience or understanding of Personnel Management practices - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team environment - Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus,
