Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHR Executiveto manage day-to-day HR operations and support the overall employee lifecycle. The role involves handling performance management, onboarding, induction, documentation, and attendance management, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and attendance tracking tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively support employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 02 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
