📌 Internship Details

* Company: Cook n Klean

* Roles: HR Intern | Sales & Marketing Intern

* Duration: 60 Days

* Work Hours: 3–4 hrs/day | Sunday Off

* Location: Remote

* Orientation: 24th August 2025

* Start Date: Immediately after Orientation

* Stipend: ₹3000 – ₹5000 (Performance-Based)

* Registration Fee: ₹199 (paid only on Orientation Day)

💼 What You’ll Do (HR)

* Source, screen, and onboard candidates

* Draft job descriptions & coordinate interviews

* Maintain applicant records

* Join weekly HR sessions & present HR trends

📈 What You’ll Do (Sales & Marketing)

* Engage with clients & convert leads

* Conduct outreach and social media promotions

* Market research & competitor analysis

* Maintain CRM data & provide weekly performance reports

📚 What You’ll Learn

* Recruitment Lifecycle & Documentation

* Resume Building & LinkedIn Optimization

* Professional Email & Offer Letter Drafting

* Sales Cycle & Conversion Psychology

* Client Communication & Relationship Building

* Market Research, CRM Tools & Performance Metrics

* College students or fresh graduates (HR / Sales / Marketing preferred)

* Strong communication and social media skills
