Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Draft and post job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.).
Maintain candidate databases and track applications.
