Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also help in various administrative tasks and support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience or familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
